CEG welcomes completion of ARM headquarters in Cambridge

The site, which was in Cambridge’s Green Belt, secured planning permission in December 2015 for 185,000 sq ft of new office space along with reconfiguration of ARM's existing space.

The development has more than doubled ARM’s global headquarters, maintaining and creating 3,500 jobs and has helped to secure the retention and growth of the company’s headquarters in the UK.

A series of public consultation events and community meetings were held prior to planning submission, which saw many residents attending to voice their support for the company and its plans to grow in Cambridge.

Jon Allen, Head of Strategic Development at CEG, said: "We worked closely with ARM to design a best-in-class development for this £15 billion FTSE 100 company. As a result it has secured the retention of this global company’s headquarters in the UK."
