The aim is to deliver a sustainable Science and Innovation Park, supported by a new community based on Garden Village principles. The Council’s draft Local Plan outlines proposed policy requirements. The project team partners are keen to collaborate and engage with BFC, local Parish Councils and the wider community to explore ideas as to how the development can evolve. Some of the early thinking is detailed in the emerging masterplan below but this would be open to new ideas and discussions:
